Job Description: 

Your tasks

  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

  • Talent Management and Development: Identify training needs and create development plans and conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.

  • Workforce Planning: Develop workforce strategies aligned with business goal and analyze staffing trends and recommend adjustments.

  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies for compliance and communicate and implement policies across the organization.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses and oversee employee benefits programs for competitiveness and compliance.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to fill staffing needs and manage the recruitment process and onboarding for new hires.

Your profile

  • Labor Law and Compliance: Knowledge of national and international labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Software Competency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning and executing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Expertise in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and integrating new employees.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge in conducting performance evaluations and developing employee development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Understanding of compensation systems and employee benefits.
