Your tasks

As an AI-HR Business Partner at Easy Swiss AG in Zurich, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions to drive employee engagement and organizational success. Your tasks will include:

  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost morale and productivity, fostering a positive work environment and strong relationships among team members.

  • Talent Management and Development: Identify training needs, create development plans, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to nurture the potential of employees and drive growth.

  • Workforce Planning: Develop strategies aligned with business goals, analyze staffing trends, and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal resource utilization.

  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies for compliance, ensuring a fair and consistent framework for all employees.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses, while overseeing employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to fill staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.

Your profile

  • Labor Law and Compliance: Knowledge of national and international labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Software Competency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning and executing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Expertise in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and integrating new employees.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge in conducting performance evaluations and developing employee development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Understanding of compensation systems and employee benefits.
